Vitality Whey is delicious with all sorts of different ingredients. Take inspiration from one of our simple recipes or get creative and try some of your own! (Don’t forget to share the best ones with us!)

Note: Add your Vitality Whey slowly once all other ingredients have been mixed. Blend for approx 30 seconds or until smooth and frothy!

Whisk’n’go

Ingredients:
  • 100ml water
  • 100-150ml fruit juice* (to taste)
  • 1 sachet Vitality Whey

* Orange juice lends itself perfectly to Vitality Whey’s subtle flavour — but don’t be scared to get adventurous and find your own favourites.

Cinnanut delight

Ingredients:
  • 200-250ml almond milk*
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Stevia**
  • 1 sachet Vitality Whey

* Almond milk can be substituted with rice, soya or organic skimmed milk.

** Stevia is an all-natural sugar substitute that has zero impact on your blood glucose.

Coco’n’go

Ingredients:
  • 200-250ml water/organic skimmed milk*
  • 1 heaped tsp low-fat coco powder
  • ½ tsp Stevia**
  • 1 sachet Vitality Whey

* Alternatively, try with non-dairy milk-alternatives such as almond or rice milk.
